Oggi vogliamo presentarvi un clip della durata di circa un'ora, nel quale viene spiegato molto bene il problema della postura. Lo abbiamo trovato cercando in web tra le centinaia di filmati istruttivi, tutti fatti bene, certamente, ma in questo esiste una forma di comprensione molto piu' semplice ed immediata.
