Questo è un argomento controverso, nelle scuole di mezzo mondo. Molti sostengono che il peso del follower non deve essere mosso dal leader; noi sosteniamo invece che, sebbene sia vero, deve essere insegnato assolutamente il come e il perchè un corpo debba essere invitato a compiere un movimento tramite un movimento uguale e condivisibile. Un bambino impara da solo a camminare, certo! Ma il bambino camminerà certamente meglio se viene aiutato a farlo nel modo più corretto possibile.

This is a controversial topic, in schools across the world. Many argue that the weight of the follower should not be moved by the leader; we argue instead that, while it is true, absolutely must be taught how and why a body should be invited to make a movement by a movement equal and shareable. A child learns to walk by himself, of course! But the child will walk certainly better if you helped to make it as correctly as possible.

Este es un tema controvertido, en las escuelas de todo el mundo. Muchos argumentan que el peso del seguidor no debe ser movido por el líder; argumentamos en cambio que, si bien es cierto, absolutamente se debe enseñar cómo y por qué un cuerpo debe ser invitado a hacer un movimiento por un movimiento igual y compartible. Un niño aprende a caminar por sí mismo, por supuesto! Pero el niño caminará sin duda mejor si usted ayudó a que sea lo más justo posible.

Due impressionisti del Tango, due differenti scuole, due differenti espressioni

Molti di noi ricordano due personaggi indiscussi del Tango:Carlos Gavito e Pablo Veron. Forse pochi sapranno che Sally Porter, il personaggio femminile del film "Lezioni di Tango", avrebbe voluto danzare con Carlos. Lui la incontrò a Londra, quando aprì una scuola di Tango e lei era poco più che una ballerina. Sally conosceva bene il ballo da sala e tutte le specialità standard, incluso il Tango. Ma Carlos diceva che Sally non era in grado di danzare il Tango Argentino, andava bene per la milonga, ma certamente non per essere una "tanguera": per esserlo la strada sarebbe stata lunga e in effetti prese lezioni due volte la settimana per due anni. Intanto in lei era già presente il desiderio di produrre un film sul Tango, e chiese a Carlos di essere il suo partner nelle esibizioni di danza. Per tutta risposta Carlos le diede il numero del telefono di un certo Pablo Veron, suo amico. A Carlos interessava molto di più la sua bambina, Eva Caroline e la sua compagna sia di danza che di vita. Il resto lo sappiamo tutti, ma Pablo si allontanò definitivamente da Carlos da dopo il film.

Many of us remember two undisputed people in Tango: Carlos Gavito and Pablo Veron. Maybe a few will know that Sally Porter, the female interpreter in the film "Tango Lessons", wanted to dance with Carlos. He met her in London, when he opened a school of Tango, and she was little more than a dancer. Sally knew ballroom dancing and all specialties standards, including the Tango, but Carlos said that Sally was not able to dance the Argentine Tango, it was fine for milonga, but certainly not to be a "tanguera": to be that the road would be long, and in fact took lessons twice a week for two years . Meanwhile, she had already present inside the desire to produce a film about Tango, and asked Carlos to be her partner in the dance performances. In response, Carlos gave her the phone number of a certain Pablo Veron, his friend. Carlos was more interested in his little girl Eva Caroline, and in his partner both in dance and in life. The rest we all know, but Pablo moved away permanently from Carlos after the production of the film.
